What does our stylist’s working day look like?

Styling is more than just pretty pictures of clothes and fashion trends. At RESTYLER it is an individual process that starts with you – your needs, style and story. But what does a stylist’s day look like when she selects second-hand clothes for our clients? Take a look behind the scenes with us!

8:00 – morning coffee and survey review

We start the day with the most important thing: getting to know you. Our stylist reviews new questionnaires filled out by clients - she learns about their style, needs, sizes and in what situations they will wear the styling. This is a key moment - this is where the whole personalization process begins.

9:30 – creating mood boards

Based on the survey, the stylist builds a moodboard, or a visual concept of styling: colors, styles, mood. There are no two identical ones – each one is created from scratch and with a specific person in mind. Often, the client's favorite clothes are also an inspiration.

11:00 – selection of second-hand clothes

It's time for the key stage - choosing specific wardrobe elements. The stylist searches through our clothing database, analyzing the composition, styles and combining them into complete outfits. Sometimes one piece of clothing changes the whole idea - this is work that combines intuition with knowledge of silhouettes, proportions and colors.

1:00 p.m. – fittings and quality control

Each selected item is carefully checked: condition, cleanliness, quality of seams, buttons, zipper. The clothes must be ready to wear and look great not only in photos but also in real life.

14:30 – preparing the styling presentation

The stylist prepares a visual presentation for the client – ​​with a description of each item, a justification for the choices, and styling tips. It’s not just “what to wear,” but also “how” and “why.”

16:00 – contact with clients

If the client has questions, wants to change something or doesn't feel confident - the stylist is on hand. She answers messages, suggests alternatives, dispels doubts. There is no room for automation here - every styling is a relationship.

17:00 – packing parcels with soul

At the end of the day – packaging of the approved sets. Ecological packaging, care, a little note from the stylist – all to make the RESTYLER experience complete, from clicking on the survey to opening the package.
