Can I change my package after placing my order?
Yes, you can change your package before your stylist starts working. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order to make the change. However, any price difference between packages will be billed accordingly.
What should I do if I don't like any of the styles?
If none of the suggestions meet your expectations, please contact us. With selected packages, such as "Style Consult" and "Premium Renew", you have the option to make adjustments to the styles. We will be happy to adapt the suggestions to better suit your needs.
Of course, you can always choose not to purchase styling products. Then you only pay the cost of the styling.
Can I determine the value of the styling?
Yes. One of the questions in the survey will ask you to indicate the amount range in which you want the stylist to prepare a style for you.
How does an online session with a stylist work?
The online session is held via video (Google Meet), depending on your preferences. During the meeting, the stylist discusses your needs, asks about your preferences and explains how to choose the clothes that best suit your style. The whole thing lasts from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the selected package.
What happens if I forget to complete the survey?
Don't worry! We'll send you a reminder via email. The survey is key to creating your look, so make sure you fill it out as soon as possible.
Can I request additional styles within one package?
Yes, in some cases we can offer additional styling for a fee. Please contact our customer service team to discuss details.
What if my size is non-standard?
No problem! In the survey, you provide your exact measurements, which allows us to choose the perfect clothes. Our stylists have experience working with different silhouettes and needs.
How long will I have to wait for my styling after completing the survey?
The delivery time depends on the selected package:
- "Quick Revive" - 2 business days,
- "Personal Restyle" - 3 business days,
- "Style Consult" – 4 business days,
- “Premium Renew” – 2 business days with priority service.
The days given are counted from the moment of payment and correct completion of the survey.
Can I return clothes that I receive in a styling?
Yes, you can indicate your preferences for colors, patterns and style in the survey. If you have additional comments, you can also enter them in the special field.
