How does ordering a styling at RESTYLER work?
Fill out a short survey in which you tell us about your style, size and needs. Based on this, our stylist will create an individual styling proposal for you from second-hand clothes.
Once your proposal is accepted, the clothes will be carefully packed and shipped in eco-friendly packaging.
How long does it take to prepare a style?
Styling usually takes us 2-3 business days from the moment you submit your survey. This is the time needed to match the clothes you use to your style and take care of every detail.
Can I refuse the proposed clothes?
Yes – you are not obligated to buy clothes from our styling proposal. The only cost is the fee for preparing a personal selection by a RESTYLER stylist.
Are the clothes offered new?
No – we offer carefully selected second-hand clothes that are refreshed and re-purposed. These are clothes that we give new life to – in a stylish way.
